CONSTITUTION:The arranging order of coils in the winding of an inside layer 8 of a low-tension winding is formed as shown with coils 1-6. With regard to the coils other than coils of coil number 1, 6 of the inside layer 8 of the low-tension winding or coils of coil number 5, 6 of an outside layer 9 of the low-tension winding, lead wires taken out at the upper end part of the winding are connected electrically at the upper part of the winding. A change-over switch is formed under the tank cover by providing a coil terminal L4 for the coil 6 of the inside layer 8 of the low-tension winding, a coil terminal L3 for the coil 5 of an outside layer 9 of the low-tension winding, and a coil terminal L5 for the coil 6, and change-over is performed as occaion demands.
