Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the temperature characteristic of initial permeability of a magnetic oxide material by a method wherein Co ions of a hexagonal system ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 containing Co and having the direction of easy magnetization in the C face of the hexagonal system are substituted by both of Ni ions and Mn ions. CONSTITUTION:A part of Co ions of the magnetic oxide material of the hexagonal system ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 containing Co and having the direction of easy magnetization in the C face of the hexagonal system are substituted by Ni and Mn ions, and when it is represented by Ba3Co2-x-yNixMnyFe24O41, by satisfying the condition x+2y<=1, 2x+10y>=1, x>0, y>0, temperature characteristic of initial permeability mu1 of the magnetic oxide material can be enhanced remarkably.
