Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the temperature characteristic of initial permeability of an oxide magnetic material by a method wherein Co ions of a hexagonal system ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 containing Co and having the direction of easy magnetization in the C face of the hexagonal system are substituted by Ni ions. CONSTITUTION:A part of Co ions of the magnetic oxide material of the hexagonal system ferrite Ba3Co2Fe24O41 containing Co and having the direction of easy magnetization in the C face of the hexagonal system are substituted by Ni ions, and when it is represented by Ba3Co2-xNixFe24O41, by satisfying the condition 0.5< x<=1, temperature characteristic of initial permeability mu1 of the magnetic oxide material can be enhanced remarkably.
