CONSTITUTION:The iron plates 4 for rotor are piled up being laminated along a key 10 of the mandrel 10, and the laminated rotor body 12 is constituted. After the laminated rotor body 12 is dipt in a liquid of heat-proof insulating paint, the excessive liquid of heat-proof insulating paint in the slots 3 is made to drop down to provide insulating films on the inside walls of openings for slot, and moreover drying treatment is performed. Then the iron plates 4 for rotor are drawn out 5 from the mandrel 9, the slots 3 of the iron plates 4 for rotor provided with the insulating films on the inside walls of openings for slot are rearranged being laminated in a skew using the temporary core metal, and die casting is performed to manufacture the squirrel-cage rotor.
