Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate a work of bulding a layer of iron plate when constructing the core, by providing an opening of the slit, for a cooling pipe of the core to be inserted, of punched iron plate for use of the layer-built core, in a location at a peripheral edge of the iron plate.

CONSTITUTION: A slit 8a, 8b, for a cooling pipe 9a, 9b to be inserted, of a punched iron plate for the layer-built core of rotary machine, is partially made its opening at a peripheral edge of the punched iron plate. When the core is constructed by building layer of this punched plate, with a cooling pipe 9a, 9b, peripherally applied an insulating coat 10a, 10b, and a dove-tail part 1 being the guide, one layer of the punched plate is arranged in the same direction, followed by the subsequent one layer with the punched plate turned inside out, and the work of layer-building will be operated with the above manner alternately repeated. In this way, even for a case with a curve present in the cooling pipe 9a, 9b and with many number of sheets of layers built, the layer-built core can be constructed in good workability.
