CONSTITUTION:Grains are secured to a disc 10, rotated about its axial center, to form a grain layer 11. Many through holes 12 are extensibly formed between both sides of the disc 10 in a portion formed with said grain layer 11, and each through hole 12 is used as a chip pocket hole. Since cutting chips are removed through these holes 12, sharpness of a grinding wheel can be improved to increase machining accuracy.
