Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the producing process and at the same time to ensure the assured hardening of a voice coil in a shorter time compared with the production using a solvent type adhesive, by using an ultraviolet curing adhesive to harden the voice coil. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 is wound to a bobbin 1 in arrangement while applying an adhesive 5 to the conductor 2. Then the ultraviolet rays are irradiated to the conductor 2 while winding the conductor 2 to harden the adhesive 5. In such way, a voice coil 3 is obtained. With use such ultraviolet curing adhesive 5, the processing time can be shortened compared with the production using a solvent type adhesive. Furthermore the heat treatment is eliminated to simplify the producing process, and at the same time the assured hardening is possible for the coil.
