Abstract

PURPOSE: To control humidity in granulating and coating stages easily and precisely by providing electrical temp. measuring elements in the vent port to a granulating and coating chamber and in said chamber or in its air releasing port, and determining the relative humidity in said chamber by operating the same from the three factors; both temps. and the absolute humidity on the air supply side.
CONSTITUTION: Electrical temp. measuring elements 8, 9 and outgoing trunk equipments 10, 11 which oscillate the signals proportional to the temps. measured with the elements 8, 9 are provided to a control circuit in a fluidized granulating and coating method. The humidity detected with a temp. detector 12 for fluidized by air is operated to absolute humidity, and the signal proportional to the absolute humidity is oscillated from an oscillator 13. The electric signals oscillated from the respective signal oscillators are inputted to a controller 14 for humidity detection and relative humidity is calculated by the arithmetic circuit in the device 14. Next, the calculated relative humidity is compared with the relative humidity in the controlling range stored beforehand in this device, and when the relative humidity operated and detected by this exceeds the permissible range of the relative humidity stored beforehand, the control signal is inputted to the controller 15 of the fluidized bed granulating and coating device so as to attain within the control range whereby the flow rate of the liquid sprayed from a spray gun 5 is controlled.
