Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability on the recorder by providing means for the displacement state of a vibrator constituting a part of the wall surface of an ink chamber and detecting any abnormality of the displacement state of the vibrator relative to an electric signal. CONSTITUTION:The ink injector consists of an ink chamber 1 having an ink drop injecting port 4 granulating ink and spraying the same, a vibrator 2 displacing in response to the electrical signal and varying the capacity of the ink chamber, and the like. A detector 5 for detecting the displacement state of the vibrator is provided in this device. A signal obtained by the detector 5 is supplied to an amplification circuit 6, and the output of the amplification circuit 6 is supplied to a detection circuit 8. The output from the detection circuit 8 is converted into an error signal output delivering the presence or absence of air mixing and introduced to an output end 9, and when air is mixed in the ink chamber 1 or the like, it is reported immediately to the operator.
