CONSTITUTION:An atomizing and dispersing device for fluid is constituted by arranging the above-mentioned paired elements as, for example, duplex pairs, tripplex pairs or simplex pairs and duplex pairs, as shown in the figure, into a circular or square pipe by leaving constant intervals. It is possible to reduce the average particle sizes of tge particles to be dispersed by <=1/10 and to extend the time till separation by several tens times as compared to conventional mixers by using such atomizing and dispersing device for fluid.
