Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate harmful gas with an extremely large elimination efficiency by jetting basic substance into a fluidized medium to expedite uniform reaction. CONSTITUTION:An air dispersion plate 2 is disposed on the bottom of a fluidized bed incineration furnace 1, and thereon a fluide medium 3 is filled. Air is introduced from an air inlet 4 by means of a positive blower 5 and passes through an air dispersion plate 2 to form a fluidized layer. Combustion exhaust gas is exhausted via a free board 7 through a flue 8. Material to be incinerated is thrown down from a hopper 9 into the incineration furnace. Pulverized basic materials are jetted from a powder jet nozzle 12 fitted in the fluidized layer into the fluid medium. Also, fluid and suspension are jetted from a fluid jet nozzle 13 into the fluid medium.
