Abstract
PURPOSE:To measure a difference between a surface to be measured and a logical specular surface with high precision by fitting a sensor to a boat-shaped frame for the measurement of a specular surface, and measuring relative position relation with the center of rotation of said frame, namely, logical center. CONSTITUTION:A measuring device is rotated on a reference surface SP and height Z of a sensor S1 from the reference surface of a jig 10 at each angle of rotation is mesured, so that when a center CR of rotation is inclined, the height Z is represented by a sine curve. From heights Z1-Z4 at the maximum point B and minimum point A of the curve and inter-jig sizes X1 and X3, a CR slanting angle alpha is found.
