CONSTITUTION:With printing paper 1 pressed to a receive rubber 19 by two paper pressing springs 21a, 21b, the end portion of a sewing-machine edge 22 is projected over the end surface of the receive rubber 19 to put a perforation on the printing paper 1, and then the end surface of the sewing-machine edge 22 is pulled out from the printing paper 1 with rotation of rollers 18, 20. Since the printing paper 1 is pressed to the receive rubber 9 by the paper pressing sponges 21a, 21b at time of perforation, the tension of the printing paper 1 is kept constant, whereby fluttering of the printing paper 1 can be prevented.
