CONSTITUTION:A thin lithium metal plate 3 is stuck to a circular arc shaped pressure-attaching die 2 attached to a spot-roller 1, a negative electrode sealing plate 5 is placed on the lower pressure-attaching die 4 which is installed on a loading-table, the pressurizing point of the circular arc shaped pressure-attaching die 2 and the under pressure-attaching die 4 is transferred from one end part to another end part by rotating the spot-roller 1 and the loading-table together simultaneously. Consequently, the thin metallic lithium plate 3 attached to the circular arc shaped pressure-attaching die 2 is hermetically attached to the negative electrode sealing plate 5 which is placed on the lower pressure-attaching die 4 from one end part to another end part.
