Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance a sensitivity characteristic in the broad range of an incident angle, by providing a light detector which detects radiation fluxes being inputted through a light receiving window provided on a side surface of a cabinet, and providing a light receiving part comprising a sintered material whose main body is quartz powder. CONSTITUTION:The light receiving device of the radiometer is provided with the light detector 7 which detects the radiation fluxes which are inputted through the light receiving window 5 provided on the side surface of the cabinet 4 and the light receiving device 2 having a light receiving member 1 which comprises the sintered material whose main body is the quartz powder and formed in a semi-spherical shape. Said light receiving device 2 is optically linked to the light receiving window 5 of the cabinet 4 by a flexible, quartz light conductive member 3 which transmits the radiation in a visible region. In this constitution, the radiation fluxes in the visible region as well as near ultraviolet region and near infrared region can be measured, and the incident radiation fluxes in the multiple directions in the narrow location can be freely measured.
