Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy and the reliability of weight adjustment, by cancelling the influence of physical properties of powder materials to be compressed and molded and substituting a load, which is applied to a rod for compression and molding, with a weight. CONSTITUTION:The change of a load applied to a lower pestle 3 for compression and molding is converted to an electric quantity by a load-electricity converter 7 and is inputted to setters HH, HL, L, and LL. An input voltage Vin is compared with reference voltages VR2 and VR3; and when the input voltage Vin exceeds a control limit, a signal S1 is outputted. This signal is received to adjust the quantity of power supply to a mortar by moving vertically the lower pestle 3. Simultaneously, a weight of prescribed molded goods sampled at every prescribed time is measured and is compared with a reference weight to measure a deviation weight. The level of the electric signal inputted to said setters is changed on a basis of this deviation weight to regulate the weight of molded goods.
