Abstract
The invention relates to methods for automatic continuous weight dosing of charge components and allows for improved accuracy. The method consists in adjusting the performance of the dispenser 6 of each component when it is continuously fed into the feed bin 2 of the dispenser, taking into account the specified amount of charge, the geometrical dimensions of the bunker 2 and the chemical composition information supplied to the feed bin 2 of the charge obtained from chemical analyzer 1. At that, the time of gathering of the charge component from the supply hopper 2 is determined, and the adjustment of the metering performance is started with a delay time equal to the time interval between the arrival of the signal from chemical analyzer 1 about the change in the chemical composition of the charge component and the moment of appearance of the charge component with the changed chemical composition on the dispenser 6, the metering capacity is adjusted linearly until the end of the time of the descent of the charge component with the previous chemical composition from the feed bin 2. 1 sludge.

6.The device contains a chemical analyzer 1 of the chemical composition of the charge component continuously fed into the feed hopper 2, a unit 3 for calculating the composition of the charge and the fraction of the regulated component, the input of which is connected to the chemical analyzer 1, and the output is connected to the input of the calculation unit 4 of the required capacity, the output connected to the input of the comparison unit 5 and calculating the performance increment of the weight dispenser 6, the output of the weight sensor of which is connected to the input of the computing unit 7, the outputs of the load cells 8 are connected to the second input of the output. The output of the computing unit 7 is connected to the input of block 9 of the corrective action generator, the second input of which is connected to the output of block 5, and the output to the control unit for the performance of dispenser 6.
The method is implemented as follows.
Information on changes in the chemical composition of the charge component continuously fed into the feed hopper 2 from the chemical analyzer 1 is sent to block 3, in which the composition of the charge is calculated and the fraction of the controlled component is calculated. A voltage proportional to the value of the controlled component is sent to block 4. where the required metering capacity is calculated 6, providing the yield of such an amount of a component that ensures the stability of the chemical composition in the volume of the formed charge.
In block 5, the current performance of the dispenser 6 is compared with the calculated one and, in case of mismatch, the value is determined proportional to the necessary increment in the productivity of the dispenser 6. In block 7, based on the information received from the load cells 8 about the level of material in the hopper 2. the productivity of the dispenser 6, are calculated the time of descent of the charge component and? hopper 9 and the delay time for adjusting the performance of the dispenser 6, equal to the time interval between the receipt of a signal about a change in the chemical composition of the charge component and the moment of the appearance of the charge component with the changed chemical composition on the dispenser 6 at the current capacity. These values and the value of the increment of productivity from block 5 in the form of a voltage signal are supplied to block 9, in which the control signal of the capacity of the dispenser 6 is generated. The performance of the dispenser 6 is adjusted linearly until the end of the time when the charge component vanishes from the feed hopper.
