Abstract
PURPOSE: To reduce evaporating operation cost by compressing the steam evaporated and compressed in a steam compression type evaporating boiler again by a thermo-compressor to utilize the same as the heat source for a finish evaporating boiler.
CONSTITUTION: The steam generated in a steam compression type evaporating boiler A and sucked to a compressor 16 from a steam pipe 15 is compressed to be converted to a high pressure and high temp. condition and a large amount thereof is recirculated to a column dryer 7 by a steam pipe 19 and a part thereof is introduced into a thermo-compressor 21 by a steam pipe 20 in a finish evaporating boiler B. The steam introduced into the compressor 21 is sucked by the steam flowed from an introducing pipe 26 into the heating part 28 of the finish evaporating boiler B by a steam pipe 27. As the result, because the amount of used steam is limited to the amount used only in the compressor 21, the comsumption of steam is almost equal compared to the consumption when only the steam compression type evaporating boiler is used.
