Abstract
PURPOSE:To compensate variance in sensitivity of each optical detector by measuring an output when an optical diffusing board is inserted into an optical path in a device that detects focusing from the difference in amounts of light, received from each element of an optical detector array. CONSTITUTION:In an optical path to which light from an object to be pickuped enters to an optical detector arrays 3A, 3A placed before and behind the surface equivalent to a film, a diffusing board 4 is arranged for in and out movement freely with a motor 29, arranged.
