PURPOSE:To make a remote control without using a feedback control by giving a one-to-one ratio of flow rates in a line which connects a pressure source of a change-over valve disposed between a driven unit and a main change-over valve, to the driven unit and in a line which connects the main change-over valve to a tank. CONSTITUTION:When a handle of a driving unit 1 is turned, a pressure in a pilot line 2 is boosted to shift a main change-over valve 3, boosting a pressure in a line 6a which connects a pressure source 5 to a driven unit 4 to shift a change- over valve 7 to an ON-position. A fluid flows from a line 6 into the driven unit 4 and a fluid boosted in the pilot line 2 is discharged into a reference pressure tank 10. The discharged quantity is proportional to the turning of the handle of the driving unit 1 and after the fluid is completely discharged, the pressure in the pilot line 2 is returned to a reference pressure and the change-over valve 7 is thereby returned to an OFF-position. Because a relation between flow rates in the lines 6a, 9 gives a ratio of one to one, a ratio of a shift of the driven unit to that of the driving unit is one to one.
