CONSTITUTION:When the output of a modulator 1 transfers from low level to high level and becomes higher than the lever of the sum of the forward rise voltage of a diode 5 and the base and emitter forward rise voltage of a transistor 3, the transistor 3 is conducted. Thus, a photocoupler 7 operates, the transistor Q1 of an inverter 13 becomes ON, and a current flows through the transistor Q1, an induction motor 14 and a transistor Q4. Then, when the output of the modulator 1 transfers to low level, a transistor 4 is conducted. Thus, the transistor Q2 of the inverter 13 is conducted, and a current flows through the transistor Q3, the induction motor 14 and the transistor Q2, thereby operating the motor 14.
