CONSTITUTION: For example, (A) 100pts.wt. olefin type resin (low-density polyethylene, etc.) is blended with (B) 1W50pts.wt. mica (e.g., common mica, etc. having particle diameter of ≤100 mesh). If necessary, a lubricant, heat stabilizer, pigment, etc. are added to the blend to give the desired composition. This is then kneaded in molten state, and molded into a film by T-die molding, etc., to give the desired covering material. This film is further laminated on an olefin type resin film, or rigid film such as polyester, etc., or rigid plate.
