PURPOSE:To execute a fail safe operation so that dangerous pressure is not generated, by constituting so that a pulse output is not sent to a transistor of the output side from an amplifier even if a pulse signal is applied, in case when a fault has occurred in a part related to a non-inversional input of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION:As for a voltage divider CRB, voltage VCC is applied through a resistance R3 from an electric power source and the other end is grounded, therefore, the voltage divider generates set voltage VSET obtained by dividing the voltage VCC, applies it to a noninversional input terminal, and feeds back output voltage Vf of an amplifier U2 to an inversional input terminal. In this case, a part related to this noninversional input becomes faulty, the noninversional input becomes an opened state, and input voltage of its input transistor TRQ3 rises up near the supply voltage VCC. When the TRQ3 is on, however, values of the resistances R3, R4 are selected so that voltage of the inversional input of the amplifier U2 does not exceed the noninversional input voltage, therefore, the amplifier U2 outputs no pulse even if a puls signal PS is applied to the base of the TRQ3. Accordingly, a load L is not driven by a pulse and pressure is not generated.
