PURPOSE:To prolong the life of a mirror by supplying a cooling medium from a fixed part to a rotary part by using sealing parts such as an O ring. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 3 is supported on a bearing 5h through a mirror case 4 a mirror frame 5b, a large gear 5e and a small gear 5b, and then rotated by a driving motor 5g, and the 1st-axis laser beam 2a emitted from a light source is reflected by the mirror 3 to obtain the 2nd-axis laser beam 2b around the center axis 1 of the laser beam of the 1st axis. An external cooling medium is passed between a fixed external cylinder 6b and an internal cylinder 6c, and through a hole 5c allowing the cooling medium of a large gear 5e to pass through it and an interrupting pipe 6e to be introduced into a cooling pocket 4a through the entrance 4b of the cooling medium of the mirror case 4 thus cooling the mirror 3. The cooling medium is sealed by providing an O ring 6d to the hole 5c which allows the cooling medium of the cylinder 6c and large gear 5e to pass through it.
