Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the dew condensation in a housing part even if there is a sharp change in ambient temp. by sealing an inert gas of low dew point into the housing part at the time of hermetically sealing the inside of said part. CONSTITUTION:A joint part 7a of the housing part 1 and a slide ring 7 is simultaneously spot-welded and hermetically sealed from three directions by using a YAG laser. For example, the inert gas of low dew point such as, for example, nitrogen, is then sealed into the housing part 1 and the joint part 6a of the slide ring 7 and a metallic material 6 is similarly spot-welded and hermetically sealed. The dew condensation of an LD 2, a lens 4 and a core part 5a is then prevented by the inert gas of low dew point sealed into the housing part 1 even if the ambient temp. changes sharply. Stable laser light is thus outputted.
