PURPOSE:To enhance sealing performance by furnishing valve element with a shading means, which gives a shade for the seal surface of the valve seat even while the feed and exhaust hole is open, and preventing thereby attachment of contaminations onto the seal surface. CONSTITUTION:A shading means 13 is furnished on the valve element 5 in such a way that a larger end part is retained than the seal surface 4a of the valve seat 4 around itself and, also, a smaller through hole 14 than the exhaust hole 3a is formed. If the valve element 5 is set in such a way that the through hole 14 is placed on the exhaust hole 3a, the valve element 5 will enclose the seal surface 4a of the valve seat 4, so that the through hole 14 works with the opening function even while the feed and exhaust holes 2a, 3a are open and, at the same time, the valve element 5 encloses the seal surface 4a even while the feed and exhaust holes 2a, 3a are open. Accordingly, contaminations which dropped from the port 7 will not attached to the seal surface 4a any more, and the seal surface 4a can be kept clean at all times and the intended sealing performance maintained long.
