Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform zero point compensation with easiness and certainty by controlling through a parallel bleeder resistor and capacitor of a full bridge circuit for pressure sensing electric charging and discharging that correspond to the offset voltage in the bridge circuit. CONSTITUTION:Analog switches SA1 and SA2 are turned on and SA3 is turned off by means of control pulse and electric charge that corresponds to offset voltage of a circuit 81 is charged to a capacitor C1 by means of a bleeder resistor that is formed with fixed resistors R1, R2 and variable resistor R3 etc. formed in parallel with a full bridge circuit 81 that is for pressure sensing and driven by an electric power source VBT dependent on temperature. Then the switches SA1 and SA2 are turned off and SA3 on, which discharges the capacitor C1, nullifying offset voltages in the output voltage of the circuit 81 and charging a capacitor C2, and a voltage that corresponds to detected pressure is taken out to carry out zero point temperature compensation with easiness and certainty.
