12.1 The invention relates to a digital electrical measuring technique and can be used to measure active resistances and capacitances. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of the resistance measurement. FIG. Figure 1 shows the structural scheme of the proposed digital and measurer of the contact; in fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a charge pulse generator. A digital impedance meter contains a charge pulse generator 1 connected via the first switch 2 to the input of a non-inverting DC amplifier 3 with a gain equal to one, the input of which is connected to one of the input terminals for connecting the measured resistor 4 and one of the plates of the model a capacitor 5, another plate of which and another input terminal for connecting the measured resistor 4 from the line. with a common bus. The output of the amplifier 3 is connected to the input of the threshold unit 6, and through the second switch 7 to the output of the generator I. The output of the threshold unit 6 is connected to the first input of the And 8 element, to the second input of which is connected the generator 9 of counting pulses, and the output of the And 8 element is connected to the counter input 10. The input terminal 11 for external triggering of the meter through the one-shot 12 is connected to the inputs of the charging pulse generator 1, the inverter 13, the setting input of the pulse counter 10 and the control input of the first switch 2. The output of the inverter 13 is connected to the control the input of the second key 7 and the third input of the element IV. The charge pulse generator 1 (Fig. 2) contains an operational amplifier 14, a resistor 15 and a switch 16, the control input of which is the input of the generator I. The output of the switch 16 is the output of the generator 1 and is also connected to the inverting input of the amplifier 14. The reference voltage source V is connected to the inverting input of the amplifier. The digital resistance meter starts to operate after a pulse 992 Ca starts up at its input terminal, as a result of which a single vibrator 12 triggers, which starts the generator I of charging pulses, switches the key 2 and sets the counter 10 in O, and also switches off the key through inverter I3 7 and prohibits the operation of element 8. The generator 1 produces a charge pulse at the output, the duration of which is equal to the duration of the pulse of the one-shot 12, and the amplitude at the end of the charge pulse of the capacitor 5 is constant. This pulse through the key 2 charges the capacitor 5. The voltage on the capacitor 5 is repeated by the amplifier 3 and turns on the threshold unit 6, which supplies 1 to the input of the element AND 8. However, the element 8 is closed by zero at the output of the inverter 13. The pulse duration the one-shot 12 is sufficient for a full charge of the capacitor 5. When the one-shot 12 is turned off and O output is on, the key 2 is opened, the key 7 is closed to the input element And 8 from the output of the inverter 13 will be fed 1. The element 8 will pass the generator pulses 9 to the input of counter 10 which will be their to calculate This will continue until, as a result of a decrease in the voltage at the output of the amplifier 3 to the level Vnop of the triggering block of the threshold block, it does not supply O to the input of element 8. At this point, the count will stop on the counter 10 and the number will remain. ..c „гpp where f is the frequency of the output signal of the counting pulse generator 9; R is the magnitude of the measured resistance; Cjj is the capacitance of the reference capacitor; , is the output voltage of the generator I at the end of the charge, Ujjjjp is the threshold of the threshold block 6. The generator 1 / Fig. 2 works as follows. When the I 2 one-shot is turned on, the key 16 is turned on and the key 2 of the capacitor 5 is connected via resistor 15 to the output of the device 14, at the inverting input of which the voltage is much lower than Y because the capacitor 5 is discharged to a level lower than. In this connection, the amplifier 14 provides the maximum voltage at the output that it can only develop. This voltage pulls the current through the circuit: output of the amplifier I4, resistor 15, switch 16, switch 2, capacitor 5. The capacitor 5 is charged exponentially. The voltage across it tends to be the voltage at the output of the amplifier 14, which is significantly greater. When the voltage on the capacitor 5 reaches the level VQ, the amplifier 14 will lower its output voltage to V and the charging process on the capacitor 5 will end. Acceleration of the charge process and fixation of the level to which condensate 5 is charged, allows to increase the speed of the meter. When keys 2 and 16 are turned on, the capacitor will begin to discharge, and the public key 7 94 will transmit at the output of the generator 1 a voltage equal to the voltage on the capacitor 5 from the output of amplifier 3, which reduces the leakage current through the private key 2. Thus, the output the generator I, due to the presence of the switch 7, is separated from the output of the amplifier 3, and when the switch 7 is closed, the switch 16 opens, so that the outputs of the generator 1 and the amplifier 3 are never connected together. The beginning of the counting of pulses occurs simultaneously with the beginning of the discharge of the capacitor 5 and the result of the counting is proportional to the measured resistance. The magnitude of the voltage to which the capacitor 5 is charged is stabilized by the level and does not depend on the magnitude of the measured resistance and on the temperature and does not change with time. The operation of the meter starts from the external trigger pulse and is synchronized by the pulses of the one-shot 12.
