Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the inexpensive rotary classifier which is easily manufactured and of which maintenance control is easy by constituting the barrel part of a rotary drum having a scrape-up blade arranged thereto in a radial direction by combining plural plate like bodies comprising an elastomer material.
CONSTITUTION: In the rotary classifier, the barrel part of a rotary drum having a scrape-up blade in a radial direction is constituted by clamping a frame plate 51b directed to an outer side from the central side of the drum, a packing 52b made of an elastomer material such as a rubber plate or the like which is curved in a semi-ring like form, a plate like body 20a, a semi-ring like press plate 53b made of a hard material such as a steel plate or the like and a straight press plate 54b by plural bolts and nuts 55. By this method, manufacturing and maintenance control of the classifier is made simple and inexpensive.
