Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the dropping of cores by tilting a core holder to fit cores into die holes, operating the vacuum attraction force of the core holder to hold the cores, erecting the core holder perpendicularly while guiding the same to the front surface of a sand mold which is pushed out and setting the cores to the sand mold. CONSTITUTION:A core holder 2 is provided to the front surface of a charging table 1 freely guidably to the right and left in parallel with the front surface of the table 1 A support shaft 3 which supports the holder 2 pivotally is rotated to tilt the plane of mold holes 4 for insertion of cores of the holder 2 about 15 deg. upward and to fit cores into the holes 4. While the fitted cores are held by vacuum attraction force, the holder 2 is erected perpendicularly by guiding the same toward the front surface of a sand mold 5 pushed out from a molding machine until the holder 2 is brought into contact with the front surface of the sand mold 5, after which the cores in the holes 4 of the holder 2 are set to the mold 5.
