Abstract

PURPOSE:To inhibit the instantaneous generation of a hydration reaction, and to prepare a quicklime post safely and easily by using solid quicklime, on the surface thereof an inactive layer is formed through baking, as quicklime in the title method of construction preparing the quicklime post. CONSTITUTION:Lime stone is screened and arranged to grains with a diameter such as 5mm., the grains are baked for approximately one or two hrs. in a furnace, and the solid quicklime is obtained. The solid quicklime takes stone shape, the melted films of iron, aluminum, etc. and the minute inactive layers through the curing of quicklime itself are formed to the outer surfaces, and the hydration reaction is retarded in response to the degree of curing and degree of densifying of the inactive layers. When preparing the quicklime post 4, an injection pipe 3, to a nose thereof injection holes 2 are shaped, is inserted into the soft ground 1 while being vibrated, and said solid quicklime is fed into the injection pipe 3 by pressing water, etc., and injected into peripheral soil from the holes 2. The solid quicklime is mixed into the peripheral soil while the pipe 3 is intermittently pulled up, and the soil pile 4 is formed.
