Abstract

If the laser light L is focused by a lens 5 into the powdery grinding compound 2, the thermal evergy of the laser light L brings the powdery grinding compound into turbulent motions such as jet streaming, floating and vibration so that the abrasive particles collide with and thus grind the inner wall surfaces of the depression.
