Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely perform input heat control to the surface of a cut work and improve its quality, by providing a detecting means for the cut work in front of the cut forwarding direction of a heating means and both detecting existence of the cut work and performing input heat control of the heating means. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a cut work 1 is heated by a plasma torch 3 with the lapse of preset delay time by control input on the basis of a signal of a detector 7. Finally the surface of the heated cut work is immediately cut and removed by a cutting tool 2. Since a limited part from the surface of the cut work is cut while being heated by applied heat of the plasma torch 3, the heat is effectively used. A cut part 8 on a surface of the cut work 1 is incapable to be cut and detectecd by a detector 7 to stop heating.
