Abstract
PURPOSE:To make easy a manufacturing process, obtain a high inductance by multi-layer winding and prevent a trouble due to solder depart by burying a coil formed by winding a lead into the interior of baked magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:Paste including magnetic substance powder containing Fe2O3 mainly is stacked on polyester sheet through repetition of printing and drying to form a support member 6 of magnetic substance. A through-hole 7 is provided in the both end portions thereof, magnetic substance included layer and the lead having the vehicle film coated thereon are wound by a necessary turn around Ag-Pd alloy line and the terminal of the lead is fixed through the through-hole 7 to the end face of the magnetic substance support 6. Subsequently, AgPd paste is coated on the end face to form an external terminal 9, thereafter the external terminal 9 is eliminated, the drying and coating of the magnetic substance paste has been continuously provided for the full external circumference of the coil until the surface is formed plane. The foregoing structure is further baked at 900 deg.C to obtain a closed magnetic path type inductor.
