CONSTITUTION:A lubricant layer obtained by dispersing the fine powder of lubricating fluorine resin such as resin of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene or trichlorofluoroethylene, and perfluoroalkylphosphoric ester with surface active, lubricating and electric conductive properties into a binder of rubber-like resin or the like is formed on the reversed side of a base element which has a magnetic layer on the front side.
