CONSTITUTION:A lubricant layer where an aliphatic compound such as higher fatty alcohol, higher fatty acid ester, higher fatty aicd, higher aliphatic amide, or higher aliphatic amine having the surface activity and the lubricating function and fine powder of a fluororesin having lubricity such as resin of tetrafluoroethylene, hexafluoropropylene, and trichlorofluoroethylene and dispersed in a binder such as a rubber-like resin, is provided on the opposite face of a base material which has a magnetic layer on one face.
