When the second constant-voltage and constant-frequency power source 41 is thrown while the first constant-voltage and constant-frequency power source 40 is operating, the vibrating current produced due to the voltage difference between the capacitors 5, 5 caused by the phase difference between the terminal voltage of the capacitor 5 of the power source 41 and the terminal voltage of the capacitor 5 of the power source 40 during load operation at the time of throwing both the power sources is not erroneously detected as the overcurrent by the transformer 9.
