CONSTITUTION:A DC solenoid mechanism composed of a fixed core 32, a coil 33, a yoke 34, a movable core 35 is installed to a reel base bottom 31 supported freely rotatably by a bearing 30 of a base plate 29. A movable reel base 37 is fitted to a reel shaft 36 made of a nonmagnetic substance and formed in one body with the movable core 35, and the reel base 37 is supported by a bearing 38 and the reel base bottom 31 freely slidably in the direction of the shaft. A pin 39 installed to the movable reel base 37 is inserted into a hole 40 of the reel base bottom 31 so that both the reel bases may be rotated as one body. When no electric power is supplied to the coil 33, the movable reel base 37 is energized in the direction of an arrow C by means of a pressing spring 47 and an energizing spring 51, and when electric power is supplied, it moves along the direction of an arrow D by means of the movable core 35 and a permanent magnet 42. Uneven windings are prevented by controlling the electric current to the supplied to the coil 33 in accordance with the position of tape.
