Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the more effective photoenergy converter by a method wherein the short wave length light is converted into the wave length within the operating range of the solar battery making use of the fluorescent sheet radiated from one side. CONSTITUTION:The sheet unit is a structure comprising the numerous convexes of the pyramid type or the circular cone type on one side of the continuous chevron type at the section and containing the architectural dye base pigment with the maximum luminescent wave length of 450-800nm (for example, antraquinone base, indigo base, perinon base pigments) in the sheet or the film unit and/or the convexes. Most of the lights illuminated from the pigments in terms of the angles at the side of the convexes are radiated from the convex surface of the structure. Such a plastic structure and the solar battery are optically assembled to make the energy converter.
