The supporing lever 7 approximately bent in the same shape as the form of the upper end section of the mudguard board 1 is fixed to the horizontal upper end section 4 of the mudguard board 1 by means of bolts 12 and nuts 13 through a metallic piece 9. A mounting base section 15 is mounted to an upper end of the supporting lever 7, and th mounting base section is constituted by members 18, 19 with holding grooves 16, 17 and mounting holes 22, 23. The upper end section of the mudguard board 1 is fixedly attached to the member 18 by means of a bolt 20.
