CONSTITUTION:A print substrate 3 is installed to a heat radiating plate 1, and then drive circuit elements 2 such as a power transistor, etc. are installed to the radiating plate 1, and after that lead wires of the drive circuit elements 2 are soldered to the print substrate 3. In this case, the connection of lead wires can be easily carried out, and in case a drive circuit element becomes faulty, it can be replaced without removing the print substrate 3.
