PURPOSE:To stably reproduce a chrominance signal, by obtaining both a frequency signal used for convering the frequency of the chrominance signal, and a frequency signal used for controlling a rotation of a motor, from one oscillating circuit. CONSTITUTION:A chrominance signal is compared with a reference color subcarrier frequency fsc supplied from a 1/2 frequency divider, by a phase comparator 21. A crystal oscillator 24 oscillates 2fsc. It is converted to a horizontal synchronizing signal frequency fH by a frequency divider 25, and after that, is divided to reference frequency of a motor synchronizing signal by a frequency divider 26. A motor servo-circuit 9 compares a motor synchronizing signal fFG supplied from a rotation detector 8a of a motor 8, with said reference signal, obtains a rotation error signal, supplies it to the motor 8, and rotates the motor 8 at a constant speed.
