Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent out-of-synchronization in a connecting part of recording, and to start recording quickly and smoothly, by constituting so that recording is started by considering it to be synchronizing and inphase when a phase difference between a reference signal and a rotating position detecting signal has become within a constant range. CONSTITUTION:When a recording medium 1 is rotated by a motor 3 in case of recording, the first switching circuit 21 is turned on, the second switching circuit 23 is kept off, and the recording medium 1 is rotated at a constant speed. Simultaneously, a pulse is generated from rotating position detecting device 24, is inputted to a phase comparing circuit 31 and a phase difference detecting circuit 42, and a vertical synchronizing reference signal separated from a composite video signal from a video signal supplying circuit 8 is inputted to a phase comparing circuit 32 and the phase difference detecting circuit 42. When output voltage of the vertical synchronizing phase comparing circuit 31 is superposed on speed detecting signal voltage and is inputted to a comparing and amplifying circuit 12, inphase of the vertical synchronizing reference signal and the rotating position detecting signal is controlled, and when rotation of the motor 3 becomes a constant speed, stabilized voltage is supplied from a stabilized voltage supplying circuit 22 instead of speed detecting voltage.
