Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent rolling of a reproduced picture plane, by phase-shifting a phase reference of a reference signal generator and cancelling a phase difference, in accordance with a rotary phase difference which is caused by a variation of speed of a cylinder motor, in case when a tape runs intermittently. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder motor 15 for making a tape run is subjected to control of phase and speed through a speed controlling circuit 17 by an output of a phase comparing circuit 20 comparing the phase difference of a phase detector 18 plus a reference signal generator 19, and an output of a speed detector 16. Phase of an output of the reference signal generator 19 is controlled by a phase controlling circuit 22. When a command for making a tape run intermittently is inputted to the phase controlling circuit 22 and the speed controlling circuit 17 from a terminal 21 as shown by A, speed of the cylinder motor 15 is varied as shown by B, and the rotary phase is increased as shown by C, but the phase controlling circuit 22 is operated, the output phase of the reference signal generator 19 is phase-shifted as shown D and E, and after a speed variation has been set, a phase variation does not occur. In this way, the synchronization of phase is always kept and the rolling of a picture image is prevented.
