CONSTITUTION:The light emitted from a light source 1 is filtered or dispersed to the light of 0.4-2.4mu wavelengths with a filter or prism 2, and is focused with a slit or lens, after which it is irradiated to a reaction vessel 3 and a compensation cell 4.
