Abstract

PURPOSE:To determin H2O2 with high determination accuracy, by measuring the quantity of luminescence produced by reacting a luminescence reagent mixed with luminol and a sensitizer with H2O2. CONSTITUTION:A luminol solution 1 and a sensitizer solution 2 such as K2S2O2, NaClO, are supplied to a flow type mixer 5 through pumps 4a, 4b and are mixed and then, background luminescence is carried out. The mixed solution is introduced into a flow mixer 8 through a coil tube 6 and a flow cell for the background luminescence intensity measurement 7 and is discharged out of a system through a flow cell for sample luminescence intensity measurement 9 after mixing with a sample 3 supplied from a pump 4C. Further, the background luminescence intensity Io of cells 7, 9 and the luminescence intensity Is at the time of mixing the sample, are measured by photoelectric converters 10, 11 and measured signal is inputted into a data processing apparatus 12.
