A bearing surface layer 2 is formed by injection molding of plastic having good coefficient of friction and wear-resistance so as to form a bearing A with a predetermined accuracy. In this case, it is sufficient to work a core pin 4 more than the required accuracy in a fitting portion of the bearing, so that a high-accuracy machine tool can work it well. Thus, a bearing of high-speed and high-accuracy can be provided.
