CONSTITUTION:For example, when a mode sensor 18 is troubled and short- circuited, its output runs off from a normal area, and an H-signal is outputted from a decision circuit 43. Then, a switch SW1 is operated, and a fixed signal S9 is inputted into a computation amplifier 8 as an inverse input instead of a signal S6 for controlling a motor 2. When an open air sensor 15 is troubled, a fixed sgnal 7 is replaced by a switch SW5. When an inner air sensor 9 is troubled, a signal S4 of a solar radiation sensor 12 by a switch SW4, and when the sensor 12 is troubled, a signal S3 of the sensor 9 by a switch SW3, are respectively and mutually replaced for controlling the motor 2, as their values of output change are almost equivalent.
