Abstract

PURPOSE:To equalize the number of reflection surfaces and to measure a differential fluorescence with high accuracy, by making the fluorescence of a sample and a reference sample coincide with one light path by rotating mirror at the time of measuring by two light paths and providing the sample on a fluorescence crossing part at the time of measuring by one light path. CONSTITUTION:An excitation light 2 is condensed by a troidal mirror 20 and is reflected by a rotating mirror 22a and then, is irradiated a sample in an S side sample holder 11. Generated fluorescence 3 is reflected by a rotating mirror 22b and is condensed by a troidal mirror 21 and then, is made incident to a fluorescence-side spectroscope 4 through a crossing part 27. When plane mirrors 22a, 21b are rotated by 90 deg., reflected light of the mirror 20 is reflected by a plane mirror 23 and a reference sample in a R side sample holder 12 is irradiated. Generated fluorescence 3 is reflected by a plane mirror 24 and is made incident to the spectroscope 4 in the same light path. In case of measuring by one light path, an excitation light 3 generated by providing a sample cell 28 at the part 27 is directly introduced into the spectroscope 4.
