Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid a useless sampling, by keeping a nozzle at a constant temperature by a heater and providing a temperature detector at an immersion boundary position of a sample of the nozzle then, detecting the fact that the nozzle is immersed to a prescribed position in the sample. CONSTITUTION:A heater 22 for keeping a constant temperature is provided at a middle part of a sampling nozzle 21 and a microbeat type thermistor 23 for temperature detection is provided at a position to have a prescribed quantity of immersion from the tip end of the nozzle 21 then, is controlled so as to hold a temperature of 37-40 deg.C by the heater 22 during a suspension period of sampling. When the sampling starts and the nozzle is inserted into a cup 1 putting in a sample 2, temperature of the thermistor 23 is lowered because heat of the nozzle 21 is taken away through the sample 2. Desired quantity of the sample 2 is sampled by detecting lowering of the temperature and controlling a vertical motion of the nozzle 21 and washing is carried out easily because the nozzle 21 has a simple shape.
